Refund policy

Order Cancellation:

All orders can be canceled until our team processes them, typically within 24-48 hours of placing an order. Once the order is processed and shipping begins, it can no longer be canceled.

Return and Exchange Terms:

If you wish to return or exchange your order because the item is not as described or is defective, we are here to help!

  • For Malaysia Customers: We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • For International Customers: Not available at this time. 

You can return your product for a different item (exchanges) or receive a refund to your original payment method. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Refunds:

We prioritize customer satisfaction and offer a satisfaction guarantee for all products. Refunds are processed once the returned items pass inspection and meet the conditions of the refund. It may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

For large orders or international returns, please contact us at support@getcharged.store to confirm eligibility. Any deviation from the return policy outlined above could result in delays, additional fees, or refusal of your return.

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for reasons such as changing your mind, not liking the color/quality, or ordering by mistake.

Exceptions:

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Discounted or final sale items
  • Items without original tags and packaging
  • Products showing signs of wear or use

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

How to Return or Exchange an Item:

  1. Contact us at support@getcharged.store with your order number, photos of the item, and the reason for the return/exchange.
  2. Await our confirmation and shipping instructions.
  3. Return the item(s) with original packaging and safety labels to the provided address in the response email within 7 calendar days.

Returned items that do not meet the above criteria may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Refund Requests:

Refund requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order or the end of the delivery confirmation period (as listed in your order details).
